IKUYASU SETO is a acupuncturist of Japanse style and he have a license of Chinese Medical Harb, Board Certified Chinese Herbologist. IKUYASU SETO has been practicing in Omotesando, Shibuyaku, Tokyo since 2004.

Dr. Liang combines acupuncture, Chinese herbs, diet and lifestyle modification recommendations to improve people’s health. She has been very successful in treating conditions that people have not found any relief from their western doctor. Dr. Liang obtained her MD degree at Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine College (1980-1985), worked as an internist in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (1985-1990), in 1994 became a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and a board certified Chinese herbalist, and in 1995, opened the Fifth Avenue Acupuncture & Herbs Center in New York City.
